Navigation in actionscript 3.0/ Flash
Hi, I am a complete newbie on Flash and have spent the last few days making movie clips on my flash site.
Now I have come to the point of making a navigation menu. I have converted my standard type into buttons, since it was the easiest way to make the text change on rollover to a different color.
My webpage consists of an intro effect where objects are "flying" into the sight, and an outro effect on every part of the page (where the background picture fades out, alpha = 0).
What I wanna create is that when I click a button on the menu (for example contact), I want to play the outro of the page where I am at, and continue with an "introduction" of the page that was selected from the menu.
But I cannot find a relevant tutorial for actionscript 3.0 that plays from ex. frame 20-30 (the outro) and then jumps to the selected section that was chose from the menu (ex. frame 50-60, which is a portfolio-page or what ever).
Dont know if this is too much to ask for, but I think that you guys who are pretty into flash will fix this is a second.
thanks, Andreas
