Tutorial Request (Involves Embeding Quicktime Files)

I want to redesign the video section of my website (http://www.infinite-style.com). What I would like to do is create a separate page with an embedded Quicktime video window, and make it so that when a video is selected it loads whatever video in that page. Can anyone help me out?

Well the embedding part is easy, what I'm looking for is to make one page embedded with the Quicktime windows, perhaps using the code you linked, but have it so from the main video page, what ever film you click will go and load in that page with the embedded player.
