looking for a toplist to add to my site; suggestions?

I will be adding a toplist to my site so visitors can post personal pages and am searching for a good one, free. Specifically I would like template configuration, low or no ads, no spamming user emails, & of course a quick loading time. Any information you can provide me with is appreciated!

Have you checked for scripts at http://www.sourceforge.net/ ? Not sure if this specifically exists but it's quite possible. :)
