    hey guys!

    does anyone know if and how i can have, lets say a linear gradient in flash 8 with 2 colors but i want one of them be transparent.

    I'm at college and haven't got flash, i am pretty sure that you can use the gradient tool and set 1 color to 100% opacity. This makes it invisible.

    I will have a fiddle around when i get home.

    EDIT: Just tested it, set one color to 0 alpha. This will make it a gradient going to transparent
