I created a simple animation or movie clip or whatever in Flash MX. How am I able to put this animation into an HTML based website? Is this possible? If so, any help regarding my dilemma is wholly appreciated.
    Thank you.

Here's the basic flash object into html tutorial.

You should know there are several schools of thought. One of the more famous is the Flash satay, many use a modified variation.

Others use a progressive layout technique which degrades well. It depends on your requirments.

Do you know of any websites that will help me convert my flash files into HTML/XML using Dreamweaver? Is this possible, though?
Thank you for the previous help; it worked perfectly.

No thats not possible. The thing you make in flash is literally a separate component of your website. This can be inserted into your web page with HTML. However it cannot be converted into HTML.
