    I love this forum!!! Ok here is the situation. I want to be able to put a myspace comment with flash links embedded in them. I have the swf hosted on my site, but when I link to them I can not get the links to work.
    Check this page for example http://www.insoulwetrust.com/test
    When you click the links to tune in they don't work. What am I doing wrong.

    Without seeing your code behind the swf we cannot really help.

    Although, it looks to me as if the images/icons have no associated code with them.

    For each icon (the Windows Media and the Real player) you need to

    1) Click Windows -> Actions
    2) Click on the Windows Media image
    3) Click the + symbol in the upper right corner of the Actions pane.
    4) Select Actions -> Browser/Network -> getURL
    5) A dialogappears, for URL: type in an absolute path not a relative one, you can leave the other 2 criteria if you like.

    That should be you.

    I should have known better then to leave out the action script. Here it is
    on (release) {
    getURL("http://shoutcast.setnine.com/listen.asx?uid=764", "_blank");
    }
    Now I got it to work, I changed the window option to blank, no other options would work, I tried them all, self, parent, top. Now I have another problem, My browsers pop up blocker stops the player from coming up. Now I know to allow the player, but what about my listeners. Is there any other option? Like I said I tried the ones I have available to me, and none of them worked, except for _blank

    When your browser stops the player are you viewing the file offline? If so once online it shouldnt do that as far as I know.
