    Hi everyone,

    I am new to web design so please bare with me. I am trying to help a client build his website, and he looked at this site and wanted something similar.

    I was wondering if the into flash based. where the images zooms in and out from each other.

    Yes the banner section is designed with Flash. One quick way to check if something is designed with Flash is to right click on the area. If it says "About Adobe Flash Player" then you know it is designed with Flash.

    I'm not sure since I am not familiar with After Effects. Use the search bar at the top of the page and you should be able to find what you are looking for in this forum. If not, create a new post with that specific question and I'm sure someone will be able to assist you.

    I don't think it can be done with After Effects -
    I think After Effects is for animation...Flash is for interactivity.

    If the banner is not interactive, it can be done in After Effects, or more preferably, Adobe Premiere.

    If you want it to be mostly a video animation, After Effects or Premier are best to use. Premier is strictly video editing. After Effects is animation within Video and is usually exported to video (but I believe can be exported to flash). Flash is most popular for vectored and bitmap animation.
