    heyy, I have only just started using adobe flash and keep hearing about navigation bars being created in it and seen some very good examples that have inspired me to create my own for a website i am working on but due to me being a newbie i need some help/tips so if anyone has any that would be great thanks..

    Navigation bars aren't something you should ever do with flash... suppose someone has flash disabled on non-trusted sites, then what you do? And the same thing with javascript. Search engines also can't crawl flash, only text and images so it's bad for your SEO. Flash is not cool, it's ugly(mostly), hard on the hardware and buggy and it'll be hard to change it after you've done what you seem to be planning.
