    I have seen 1,000's of people asking this same question all over the net.

    HOW TO MAKE A BUTTON IN SWF QUIT THE PLAYER?

    The scripts I have tried, the button bleeps as I have told it to do. The button changes colour as I have told it to do but it WILL NOT QUIT the Flash Player.

    The most common script I have found is :

    on (release){
    fscommand("quit");
    }

    but it simply does not work. Is there ANYONE PLEASE with a solution to this problem. What am I doing wrong??

    Thanks

    What version of ActionScript are you using? What you posted is AS2, and won't work in AS3.
