Hi, i am currently making a Flash webpage and i encountered a problem that preventing me from fading my image in whenever a user clicked the home button. I am using single frame for each webpage. If the user clicked the home button, it will move to a frame however my image is not fading in, rather appear directly. I know there is a single frame animation way but i cant find it . Anyone have a tutorial or an example?

    Thanks

I haven't used flash in a long time, for obvious reasons..

But if I remember correctly, doesn't a fade in transition take 5-10 frames depending on how smooth you want the transition ? I suspect if you're only giving it 1 frame... It can't fade...

I may be wrong though ... Been so long since I used flash, I don't even have it loaded on any machine I use anymore.

Hello! You need to either run the alpha properties through actionscript. Or create a movie
that runs in that single frame.
