What do you mean the quality is crap when viewed in a flash movie? - Mine always look exact.. make sure jpg quality is up in the 90s at least when you export..

yeah, exactly. 90% and up is typically best for flash from my past experience here too.

i still cant get my images to look good in flash, is it a problem with importing them?

also when i draw diagonal lines they look crap aswell, over anti-aliased. Is there a way to make it look sharper?

its the point of the stroke tool your using (why the lines look bad) - and I dont know what to tell you about your images - if they look good going in they should look good coming out..

its the smaller images that look the worst,

before they are imported or pasted in they look ok but when they are in flash they look crap.

    thanks

also explain about the line tool

    thanks again

you can use different "tips" for your lines - if you use a hard line (pixels) it will look like crap - but if you use "rounded" it will be perfect..

upload an example of the image - and of the flash afterwards..

What kind of image is it? what program did you use to make it ? what is your output JPG quality in flash?
