    Illustrator CS3 Help Please

    All of a sudden whenever I do a cut paste from the internet of a picture into illustrator, all I get is the http address. My photoshop works well just problems with Illustrator....... very frustrating, can any someone please tell me what to do...................please please please

    You can simply just right click that picture and save on your desktop then open illustrator open file select the picture. Now You'll get picture in illustrator

    My first question would be, why are you taking images from the internet? Are they licensed images? Do you have permission to use them? Copyright laws are quite clear about this sort of thing.

    Another way to do it is by pasting it into Paint first and then copying it from Paint and pasting it into Illustrator.

    If the problem is only with illustrator ( the photoshop is working using the same steps) may be something is wrong with in the illustrator settings. Try to refresh ( return to the default).
