Take it from someone that is learning design.. A logo is not just a pretty picture.. An effective logo conveys a message to the customer. It tells the story of your business.

Also.. The logo you have shown is a poorly made logo.. It only works in color.. And is comprised of 5 colors making it pretty expensive to print on say things like a tshirt.

What is your business? Why do you need a logo? Do you understand the importance of Branding in relationship to the success of a business? If you are serious about this business you wont take short cuts like designing a brand for yourself which you have no experience/knowledge in

Draw ellipse, duplicate it and reduce the copy. Select the both ellipses, open Pathfinder dialog and click on subtract button. For coloring I use CMYK model. Color it with magenta (M) 100%. Create rectangle and use it to subtract ellipse from right side, to got "C" shape.
Duplicate "C" shape and color the copy with Y100 and M60. Adjust it to cover third of first "C".
Duplicate again and color it Y100 C60. Again, adjust to cover third of second "C".
Now, select all "C" shapes, open Transparency dialog, and choose "Multiply".
