    OK. I don't know why, but I'm on dreamweaver, (4.0) and I make a table (border = 0) then go and type in CSS:

    Code:
    style="border-left: 1px solid #000000; border-right: 1px solid #000000"
    Also, I give the height of the table 100%. Now when I come to preview the site, it doesn't go all the way to the bottom of my browser. Why is this?

    It seems to only happen, if I insert the table (and give it all it's attributes) and then change the background color. Does anybody know what my problem is or howI can solve it?

    Table height of 100% is not fully supported by all browsers.

    Try using CSS "height:100%;" instead and see if that resolves it for you.

    If not, consider using a <div> instead.
