I have recently downloaded Mozilla Firefox. I like the browser, but I go to preview my site in it (it used quite a lot of DIVs) and they are majorly misaligned. I have them in tables as containers by putting: position: releative on the table - does this make a difference?

"majorly misaligned" is actually "properly aligned".

IE is aligning them wrong, I believe.

You need to go through your code and make sure it aligns first in firefox. Once that is done, you need to see if it is aligned in IE. It is possible to get any site aligned in both browsers. So far, I haven't seen any of your design work. And all of your personal links in your signature aren't active. So, I don't know what your problem is. I'm guess that your are using margin and alignment css incorrectly.
