I'm trying to rotate the tracks on the picture I attached. I am using Photoshop CS and I can rotate them 90 or 180 deg. but not any other angles. Can this be done? what I want is to make the tracks go diagonally acroos the screen.

    thanks, Kenny

Make sure the correct layer is selected and hit Ctrl+T (Cmd+T Mac) this will bring up the transform box, drag the corners to rotate the active layer. If you hold shift you can constrain the angle to 45 degree increments, or release it to get the angles inbetween.

Alternatively from the main menu bar follow Image > Rotate Canvas > Arbitrary, from there you can set your own value.

I have an eye for detail like you'd never believe.
