I'm needing some help. I'm kinda trying to take over a lot of the graphics stuff at our company here, and I'm not the most experienced Photoshopper there is. SO, I'm hoping somebody here can help me.

I have a picture that I need to edit so that the edges will look like the picture at the following link.

    http://www.amsurg.com/investors/directors.htm

See the way the edges are all blurred and kind of lightened? I need to learn how to do that. If somebody would kindly help me out, I'd appreciate it! Thanks in advance!

Ya know, GAME (our resident graphics expert :-P) did a nice tutorial on that same thing not too long ago:

LMAO! Yes, I'm the "resident graphics expert". And Mike Tyson's really a nice guy. I love it.

HanZnSolo, you should try my technique (shameless self-promo). It's surprisingly simple to execute. And I helped feed transio's massive ego by making him the subject of the photograph.

Which is proof that GAME doesn't know what he's doing with graphics.

Cause as everyone here already knows, I had faded edges to begin with!

Hey! I know exactly what I'm doing with them. I just don't know what I'm supposed to do with them!
