Looks like you exported your flash movie as an animated gif? Very bad idea... the file size is 600k !!!! Switch back to flash and it should fix the problem.

I saved it optimized as a gif, but it wont let me save it as anything else in Image Ready...Does anyone have any other suggestions, I am kind of new at this....

Glad you solved your problem, Jaclyn, but honestly, that whole header needs to be rethought. At the very least, the animated part should be a totally separate image from the static part, as that would significantly reduce the file size (on the order of 4-5 times smaller.)

Just make 2 separate graphics in Image Ready, one animated, and one not. Then seam them together again in HTML.
