Ok, I want to create a bunch of little bubbles, each a slightly different color. What's the easiest/fastest way to do this?

Okay, make it more difficult then...

    1. Make a new layer
    2. Fill it with the color you want the bubbles to be
    3. Make a bunch of circles by using the Circle Select Tool and holding down Shift.
    4. Invert the selection and press Delete
    5. Apply an emboss effect
    6. Lower the layer opacity?

    Is good?
