    hi, here is my suggestion,

    i think this may be your problem..if it is you can try the following steps..please ignore this if not.
    1. Open Photoshop.
    2. Click File > Automate > Photomerge...
    3. Select "Reposition Only".
    4. Click "Browse..." and select the pictures that will make up the panorama.
    5. Click "OK".
    6. Wait for Photoshop to finish creating the panorama.
    7. Then you can use save as to save the image.

    i found a better program ,it is called (microsoft image composite editor).
