    Can you make an image bigger without having it look "zoomed in"? lol I know..weird question.

    not if its an image file (jpg, bmp, etc..) - it will pixelate no matter what. Vectors are "zoomable" if its something you can convert.

    You can increase size as much as 150% on high quality raster images without a significantly noticeable quality loss.
