    UFC Clothing line logo

I was asked to try and come up with something for a local UFC fight shop that is looking to start their own clothing line. They came up with the name Cage Monk. So here are a few renditions of what I made.

    Different Versions.

I don't know what the thing is at the top of the logo, but it looks like a mushroom to me. I don't think that's what they want.

As far as the one I'd pick, I'd pick the all black one and maybe make the text orange (depending). You have to figure they're going to put that on shirts, hats, and stuff...and the problem with the others is that the contrast levels are too varied to be able to reproduce well on say a t-shirt. Even with the logo you have there, you're going to be limited as far as what you can put it on...it'll only work on light clothing.

LOL the thing at the top is supposed to be the top of a head with eyes looking down like meditating. LOL Now that you mention it thats what I see and can't un see it! Ahhh! Strangely enough I didn't want the head, it was their idea and even explicitly explained exactly what they wanted it to look like. Bummer!

Yeah I told them all black will be the best for most shirts, but to switch to an all white for darker shirts. Not sure why they wanted the bright colored text versions, but provided them as asked.

    Thanks!

So because they want a mushroom head, you drew it? I get why you did what the client wanted, but dude, you're gonna have some problems marketing that. If I saw it, others are going to as well...especially now that you can't "unsee it" (I'd say I'm sorry for that but I'm not exactly the remorseful type. )
