    .PSD to HTML recommendations please

    dad.jpg

I've created the attached .PSD that I plan on making an HTML page out of. What is the best method to make the blue and white cloud background span across the entire webpage? Should I export the .PSD with a transparent background and then add the background via CSS or is there a way to have that background included when I export the .PSD? Thanks in advance.

There's only one answer to this question: "don't bother". The time you waste trying to learn to do what you want to do for that get-rich-quick site will be far better spent trying to build something legitimate.

I like the Biblical quote, though. Says a whole lot more than you intended to. "Do you believe in God? Sweet. You'll take things in blind faith. Jackpot!"

Use the table-based output. CSS is for suckers.

Yea, export the background as an image and apply it in the body selector of the page, and also give it a background color (you can combine both in a single property-value statement). Hope that helps!

Check out the "jQuery" technique in the following tutorial for a cross-browser compatibly full page background image: Perfect Full Page Background Image | CSS-Tricks

For the rest, just use floats to position stuff. Use straight CSS to style the form elements, colors, etc.
