    I have this image which I want to make into a burgandy/reddish color instead of the current blue shade. Any Photoshop tips please ?

    Well i cant see your image, -error-,

    However i can tell you all you have to do is open the image in PS and then hit ctrl + U and then select -colorize- and adjust the the levels for the right color
