    Hi there:

I understand what slicing is, however, I have never done this with any of the websites I have built. I would like to start utilizing slicing but don't know where to begin. Does anyone know of a slicing tutorial? I have ImageReady and Photoshop, it appears that ImageReady handles slices better than Photoshop - but maybe not. Also, what are spacers used for, I have seen a lot of site with spacers?

    Thank you very much.

Well what you do is create the website in photoshop then you use the slice tool in photoshop to completely slice the image, use the guidelines too, and then at the bottom of the tool bar click on the "to imageready button" and that will take it to image ready where you can deal with the rollovers and buttons, and then save the file and it writes the code for you.
    regards,
