I'm guessing that you are probably using PhotoShop?

Normally in my grahics program, I would create an animated graphic, and then would use the export feature to export to .GIF format, I don't get any problems. If you tell us which program you are using to create the animated files, then we might be able to offer a little more help..

I don't think photoshop can create animated gifs. Imageready can.

I used to be able to save directly from where it was located (right click and "save as.") I thought maybe something was changed in my web browser properties but I didn't know what to look for. Also, I can do it from my home computer (I can even right click/copy and then paste to an email and the animation will be there; however, when I try it on my work computer its frozen again.

The proper way of saving any images from web is right cliick and save as

Might be that image was not fully loaded or might be you click somewhere else

    Well for just information
    Flash
