    you can add dropdown menu behaviour in both fireworks and dreamweaver mx, its self explanatory, really quick easy. end result looks good. to do in flash is more complex

    Well just use javascript
    if you dont want to work too hard ;-)

    or use flash it is great one

    use just movielips and in it buttons by mouseover effects you can do great effect with sound also
