I have never been so excited and disappointed at the same time about a web design application than I have with

I absolutely love this company because their online web designing program is almost entirely intuitive; there's practically zero learning curve and you can make just about the coolest website out there. And yet there are so many kinks and glitches in it that I can't even finish a website there. I just spent an hour and a half creating a beautiful flash intro/layout only to lose it time and time again to Balthaser's glitch prone program. However, it's going to be hard for me to abandon future attempts to use Bathaser again because I've never felt so certain how to use a web design application than I have with Balthaser's. (Dreamweaver's learning curve is friggin' imense). It is easier to stick with what we know than to flee to others we know not.

Balthaser isn't really an application. It's an "online tool" that uses an interface created with Flash to allow you to create your own Flash website. As for why it's unstable, well, it was created by amateurish web programmers. Balthaser should have stayed a design studio in my opinion.
