I just made a really sweet graphic in Fireworks MX 2004 for my blog site. I loved it. Then I exported to .jpg for putting on my site and the downhill turn was so terrible, I was offended. Can I put .pngs on my site? What will happen for people who don't have .png support? The spec and listing of browsers on the png website is kind of ambiguous. Anyone know more about this?

Check the settings you exported it with. It may have been a low quality jpeg, and you can bump that up to improve quality (and file size, of course). Fireworks can definately export quality jpegs, you just need to play around with it.
