Okay i have sliced it all up but i want to put it into HTML. I understand about the whole export thing but i want to be able to put text over my graphical area. For example i haev a large grey area which i want to put news into. How can i make it so that i can add text to this area using HTML rather than going back into Imageready and physically adding text to it. this thing has really been keeping me up so some help would be gretly appreciated.

In the space you want to enter text, set the background of that cell to the image, and delete the image. Getting that cell to be the right size takes a bit of work. It depends on what type of image it is (gradient, repeating pattern, etc).
