    I can see that this flash clips loads extremly fast although the quality is pretty good... anyone knows how to do this?

    It just seems to be streaming video to me. I know for sure it's not all compressed into one flash file.

    Are there any tutorials online about streaming video or some literature...? I cant really find anything useful...

    Theres just one thing bothering me, the fact that this is Flash (Shockwave). Doesnt flash wait until everything is loaded?

    It's the programmer that implement "wait until loaded" thing.

    Flash only waits if you use the "preloader" functionality. (Like Elroy says with a somewhat different choice of words)

    In the above link, (as already mentioned by newfiewebguru) a streaming video is embedded in the Flash-file.

    To my best knowledge you need some sort of software to convert a videoclip into streaming media. If you upload it just as an MPEG file, the whole file needs to be downloaded before it will start playing.

    Personally, I use Pinnacle Studio 8 to edit videos. Among many options for output, streaming video is one og them. With this particular software, you can choose between streaming content for Realplayer or Windows media.
