    Hi all! I want my movie to automatically expand to the user's resolution when it is opened. anyone know how to do this?

    Also, im looking for a cool preloader tutorial. I can edit other ones but cannot yet write my own. thanks!

    The swf will expand by default. No need to add any actionscript for this.

    sorry i left this out of the previous post. i need to do it with an exe file. Its my portfolio and i want it to autorun and automatically expand to the full res when someone inserts the cd.

    That depends on what software you are using to make the 'presentation cd', or if you are programming it

    i have designed it in flash and am exporting it as an exe.

    If you do that, make sure to have a button that toggles out of fullscreen:

    on (release) {
        fscommand("fullscreen", "false");
    }
