I'm going to re-design my portfolio, and I've tried several headers, but this was the best.
    What do you think?
Also, what rollover would you use for the links on the right?
    Thanks a lot

This has much clean font choice from what you've used previously. I like the water image. It is very sharp and clean. I'm thinking that having a white background with 10-25% opacity for the overs would look nice. Good job so far. Try some other fonts to see if they look better, because it can always look better.

I like the image used, though I don't like the font used, especially the effect it has on your navigation. I would increase the background darkness on the right part so that the white font showed up better?

Is 'sexy' really a word to be used on a corporate banner?

Honestly, I hate all that X-TREME to the max stuff (Hillarious article on maddox about it). Other than that, it's a bit plain. The diagonal thing is a good idea, but not sure sure about the "xtremely sexy design" and the graphic.

BTW, how does XTD go to Xtremely Sexy Design ?

    It's not a corporation, it's a design company.

Maybe you could get rid of "xtremely sexy design" and have the links follow the diagonal divider.

    Thanks for all the opinions

About the "sexy" thing: I wanted to do something new, not the stuff you have on every design site.
One of the designs that is on my hd but I didn't liked too much was a very sharp image of... Well... Look at it: http://s88169123.onlinehome.us/xtdesign/ (This link may be overwrited with other design soonly)
I didn't continued it because I didn't have any idea of how to make the rest of the site's look.

Yeah, I saw that before, it appeared like I wanted to do something like XTD=xtremely sexy design, so I will think of a new slogan.

I will try another font for the right and will show it

    Thanks

The point was that you get what the background in that link is...
