Has anyone had any experience with More Digital? Are they legit?

[Edit: I have had to remove two of your links as per the rules of the forums, because they don't add any necessary information to the question.Read the rules. AlphaMare. ]

Yeah, I noticed that, but figured since he wasn't actually in business with them yet it didn't quite apply yet...

I have never heard of the company before myself, but from the looks of it, they send out unsolicited contacts to blog owners for text link ads.

If they have to solicit blog owners, there's something wrong. They should just be able to list that they're an ad network and generally publishers will find out about it and write wonderful blog posts putting them among the "Top 15 Ad Networks You Should Use on Your Blog Even Though We Haven't Used Any of Them Ourselves" and things like that. Something isn't right here.
If I've helped you out in any way, please pay it forward. My wife and I are walking for Autism Speaks. Please donate, and thanks.

If someone helped you out, be sure to "Like" their post and/or help them in kind. The "Like" link is on the bottom right of each post, beside the "Share" link.
