This is the second time this week that the same error has happened, so I'm going to write a hack that makes the database repair itself.

PLEASE DO NOT E-MAIL ME WHEN THERE ARE DATABASE ERRORS! I get an e-mail for each one already as the message states, and getting a few e-mails about them will only clutter up the 740 database error e-mails I got this morning. I understand that you just want to help but the database error e-mails have far more useful information.

I just wrote a hack that should self-repair the database, I'll install it later today.

It didn't but it should now.

I'm 100% sure that the cause of the errors is due to the upgrade to MySQL 4, but this should now work to automatically repair them so I don't get now 590 e-mails in the morning.

You too, huh? We had a hell of a time dealing with mySQL 4 stuff, and PostNuke people are still whining about it.

I hope that they fix the errors instead of forcing a downgrade, though, I've been waiting almost a year for subselects in MySQL.
