Would you like to see a PHP 5 development forum? PHP5 is still in an alpha state and unstable, but from what I've seen so far it looks mindblowing compared to PHP4. It inherits many of its new traits from Java (exceptions, public/private, and other OO goodness).

If there's enough demand for it, then I'll create it.

I do not think it is neccessary to have a PHP 5 forum just yet. May be when it is released.

Not yet... I haven't had a chance to try it out, and I probably wont be able to for a while as I just had to have a little diddy with one of my customer's hosts the other day to upgrade their freakin php to something 4+... dumbass hosts haha. I dont' think enough people have even LOOKED at it yet - however, it might be worth making a subforum in php & mysql forum so it can fill as it needs to...

It's not even in beta yet... no real reason to support it.

Wouldn't have an opinion on this myself. I looked at PHP 4 code for the first time ever last night. Didn't do anything with it, just stared at it until my eyes crossed.

Yes, PHP does look like hell but it's quite quick and easy to develop in
