We have reached our goal for this year. Thanks to all who donated!

As you may be aware, this site has no ads whatsoever, and is therefore funded completely by donors. There are several recurring fees as described in the FAQ. The major one that is coming up is hosting.

This year, WDF has grown enough to require a plan upgrade with the current host as both the bandwidth and storage allocations are barely able to contain it. The current plan is the B1000 (http://hostingmatters.com/web_hosting.html). The required new plan is the S2000. This new plan is $163.20 as paid annually.

So, this is the yearly request for donations in order to pay for this year's hosting. The bill is due by early- to mid-June to Hosting Matters (WDF's host). If you would like to contribute to the hosting fund to keep WDF on the web, you can donate one of three ways:

    1. PayPal is the fastest and most convenient method. To send a donation of any amount, go to http://www.turtletips.com/sendpayment/ , or see the FAQ item (http://www.webdesignforums.net/faq.p...faq_donate_how).
    2. Visa and Mastercard are also available methods. PayPal is the payment processor, but you should not need a PayPal account to make a donation. Go to the same URL--http://www.turtletips.com/sendpayment/ or see the same FAQ item (http://www.webdesignforums.net/faq.p...faq_donate_how) to make a donation of any amount by Visa or Mastercard.
    3. If you would like to make a donation of $100 or more (sorry, no lower values for this method of payment) and do not feel confortable using any online forms of payment, personal check and money order are also accepted. Send me a private message (http://www.webdesignforums.net/private.php?do=newpm&u=1) requesting my mailing address if you would like to make a donation by check or money order.

This thread will be updated as soon as the goal is reached, although for privacy reasons, the amount donated so far will be kept private. Remember, every donation helps; thanks for continuing to support WDF in so many ways!

Count me in, buddy. I sent mine. Let's keep WDF up for at least one more year! (And if filburt gets enough funds, 2 or 3). Let's do this like Brutus!

I don't want to release the amount donated so far for privacy reasons for the donors, but we still have a while to go.

    Still quite far from it.
