    there must be proper relevancy in your title and description.
    Design your content must be generic.

    Something to add would be avoiding dynamic content where possible since GoogleBot can't index it. It has some trouble with parameter driven URL's too, but you can specify this in the Search Console.

    Not sure what you mean by "Design your content must be generic." Design has little to do with SEO. Google cares about structure and content, it could care less whether a background color is blue or yellow.

    One thing to add would be proper relevancy in your entire website. Use keywords efficiently, but don't over do it.

    False. Google themselves have said that mobile friendliness increases your standing in results. Also, quit dragging up dead threads and adding nothing of value to them, or it's the ban hammer ye apt to be gettin'.
