    How to create forms with feedback in a webpage?

    I would like to create a forms (like google forms) which can give a feedback to anyone who's filling the form.
    I will try to give an example:

    e.g I have a sentence like this one:

    is it raining in February in Alaska?
    radio button or a) no, usually are 86 F;
    radio button or b) no, usually is snowing;
    radio button or c) no, is summer there, dude;
    radio button or d) yes, Alaska is green and it is raining in February;

    I want to implement a code in my webpage where to put this kind of question and if you choose a) will get a hint saying something like: hey dude is winter in Alaska in February. Try again with a better answer and so on for each answer.

    Please let me know if is any software which can do that or where I can find any code doing that. I am a newbie in the IT programming but I still have some ideas. Is it possible to write myself the code (help me with a software for windows) thinking I am a newbie in this field.

    Thanks for the help guys.

    you will most likely have to custom code this as it is specific. I dont know if Google forms allows you to implement code into their forms interface. Try searching for it and youtube videos
