I wouldn't call either Weebly or Kazzit a CMS as such. They are both online site creation tools, but from what I've seen they do not produce very professional looking sites.

In fact, one of my recent clients came to me after spending hours trying to build themselves a site on Weebly. They could not get it to do what they wanted or to look like they wanted it to. They told me that they had wasted so much time trying to save a buck by doing it themselves, that my fees could have been paid twice over if they calculated the time on my per-hour rate.

I don't recommend either of them, but I'm interested to know why you want opinions on them?
