    Anyone Familiar with Adobe Brackets??

I came across Adobe Brackets yesterday and it seems like a pretty sweet editor, so I decided to give it a try to maybe wean myself off of using Dreamweaver. I am hoping one of you have used it and understands better than I do how to set up the Live previewing of PHP which I understand is done a little different than HTML.

I downloaded MAMP to create a localhost, I moved my website folder and files into the MAMP Htdocs folder and labeled it AWD. If I type in local host in my browser it pulls up INDEX of/ AWD/ (folder), if I click on the folder it downloads a blank file, and that is it.

    I have tried:
file:///C:/MAMP/htdocs/AWD/ - File not supported needs to be http:// (if I type this into my browser the site shows)
http://C:/MAMP/htdocs/AWD/ - This website is not available
    http://localhost/MAMP/htdocs/AWD/ - Not Found

I found this in the Adobe Forum but can't make sense of the information.

Here is cool using a Responsive Extension for Brackets. Watching this video makes me super excited to push forward with my Responsive Design quest lol..

So hopefully some is use to this program or at least MAMP and can help guide me in the right direction.

I can't help with MAMP, as I have neither a Mac, nor do I use an *AMP stack, at least in the traditional sense. I've used Brackets before. It's a great IDE for the web. It's not my everyday go-to editor, but I'd recommend it to anyone.
