Trying to get simplest coding for a web page...

    ... Like that...

    https://lamarzulli.wordpress.com/

What I mean, mainly fluid header pic with centered menu, one centered field for an article.

I'm not pro (obviously) and I've tried copy some idea from above page but is to complex for me and I having a lot of problems.

No phone coding, just for personal use.

Can you guys provide a link to right template or... whatever can help to make such template, so I can change pictures any time...

Maybe even coding for the fluid pic and menu right here.

I was browsing for may free templates and I could not find, what I was looking for.

    Help please...

    TIA...

Looks like you already got it set up? Or perhaps I'm having trouble understanding what you mean. How would you like it to be different than the current setup?

You cannot find that theme because there isn't one. It is just a standard (free) Wordpress site from Wordpress.com, no theme installed. It is really ugly. How did you ever find it if it is not yours?

Since you're using wordpress.com, you're probably not going to be able to do very much. If you want more flexibility and you insist on using WordPress (and you shouldn't), what you'll want to do is go to https://wordpress.org/ and download and install a copy on a web server. Alternatively, quite a few web hosts have this as an option (although a few are starting to shy away from WP and I know of one that specifically won't allow it on their servers).

The reason you want to do that is that there are a few simple stock themes that come with WordPress.org (e.g. twenty sixteen, twenty seventeen, twenty whatever) that should do most of what you want. There are also plenty of free themes out there that I believe can do things like responsive images (as in full width) and the stuff you want.
