I was just wondering how I would go about pulling information from a MySQL Table to be used on a page. Like if the user is logged in and there username is "user" how would I pull that users, say, email from the MySQL Table "members"?

you need to read the PHP manual for mysql functions:
    http://us2.php.net/mysql

And you'll need to use a query like:
    Code:
    SELECT email
    FROM members
    WHERE username = 'user'
