    I am looking to see if anyone has uses a database driven image slider. I was thinking about using nivo slider but i am unsure how i can pull the images from the database using asp.net. Thanks

    Putting and pulling the images from a db wouldn't be my first option.

    Although you can store and get images from many DB's most hosting out there have way too much overhead already on the db, and it could slow down your site load speed.

    Creating and putting paths to images is a different story,

    Store all your images in a certain location, then in the db, enter your paths to the images with some criteria for filtering.

    Then on the page, create a query that would call those image paths, or use an array, and dynamically dump it into the jquery for the nivo slider.
