How can i make an upgrade to a newest version of MySQL?
I've never made any upgrade before and actually I don't know how to do it.

Do I have just to replace the files in C:\mysql or do i have to change configuration to any file in..

See if you can find your solution here:

    http://www.mysql.com/doc/en/Upgrading-from-3.23.html

On the left sidebar there are links to different versions, and how to upgrade them.
