Does anyone know how to automate a word mail merge containing information from an SQL database and running on ASP from the web?

What about converting the word text to either a plain text or HTML email and using CDONTS (or the equivalent installed mail component) on your server?

I need to dynamically build a word document from the sql database information (235 fields) to produce a complete 1003 form for Mortgage Loans.. I have researched outputting a comma delimeted file and then running the mail merge on it but on a heavy server load that would take way too long..
