Where did you get those smilies? The original ones with the orange backgrounds were made by Greg Fleming from Dark Project Studios.

The ones with the yellow background were modified by Lyle Warren from PixelJunction.

Yet, I see you using them, but I don't see a copyright in the footer...

BTW: Get a more trendy header... the transparency and IE logo and the code look kinda 'basic', especially for a site on web design, lmao.

...and if you read the readme that came with the icons, you'll see that you can e-mail the guy.

Yes, and if you read the next part, you'll see that if you want to put it on a public website, you must have a copyright at the bottom, in addition to emailing him for permission.

    FYI:
    Sure... no problem dude

I will allow you to use my smilies icons on your website and forum as long as you clearly mention they are (c) 2002 Dark Project Studios in the footer of your site, like you mentioned with a link back to darkproject.com when it's clicked on...

If you don't have them already, you should be able to find all of my Smilies icons already converted to .gif files here: http://www.ultimatetech.co.uk/forums...on=showsmilies

You can also download Microangelo from here: http://www.impactsoft.com which will allow you to open the other .ico files and save them as gif's, if you want to convert any more of my icons, like my megapack 1 or 2 sets.

If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to ask...

    Kind Regards,

    Greg Fleming
