I'm getting used to it now, but honestly, I kept thinking the person below was the author of the post above. I know that goes against everything you ever see in forum design, but to the eyeball, the color with the swoosh is so light and it blends in with the white from the post above, it looks like the blue band is the delineator between the messages.

Awesome site, so proud of the turtle (geez, he's been giving me good "tips" from probably three years back) and I hate to nitpik but thought it was worth mentioning.

Yes, many people have problems initially adapting to the info-above-post rather than next-to-post view (and the blue band makes sense).

I'll consider it should I redesign WDF in the future (which will be likely but not for a very long time given how much time it took to make this style set).

I dont think you should, this is very nice. I agree, It was confusing when I first came here, when SupraPorsche showed me to this place on AIM. (by the way, where the hell is he?) It took a few days to get used to, but once you get used to it, its really pleasing to the eyes, its really nice bright art work, yet still gentle on the eyes.

I say you shouldnt change it for a while, nice job.

I think some minor modifications to the current layout couldn't hurt. However, once you get used to it, it's not so much of an issue anymore.
