I actually don't like the new look. It's not because I'm opposed to change, but rather, at first glance, vbulletin doesn't seem to be as good as the old forum framework. I'm sure there was a good reason for the switch, but I'm going to chime in with my thoughts:

    1. Unread thread titles are no longer bolded and there's no long an indicator as to which threads I've commented on.
    2. This new design isn't as friendly and pleasant as the old bright, light blue layout.
    3. No notifications box with red flags anymore at the top :-(.

All of the above - plus I get put at the beginning of a thread, even when I've read a lot of the posts - used to get shunted directly to the last unread post...

It's not just a new design. We moved from XenForo to vBulletin for the forum software.

Yes, I understand. I'm just pointing out that XenForo had some nice features that I don't see present at the moment. However, I'm sure vBulletin is great as well and that's why the WDF owner decided to re-do it.

BTW, I don't seem to be getting those awesome, HTML-formatted emails anymore when someone replies to a thread I'm following. :-(.

    Two questions:

    1. Anyone know if there is a new notification thingy? I can't seem to follow threads I've posted in.

    2. Can anyone verify that they get email notifications when threads they're active in are commented on? I don't think all my notifications are coming through.

I wasn't either, but I think I know why (I'm testing it now).

    On this page:

    http://www.webdesignforums.net/forum...do=editoptions

There's a "Thread Subscription Mode" field. Try changing that to "instantly, using email". Mine was "through control panel only".
