It is usually tweaked each night. I have what I call the "dev server" at home (my test server for these forums) and the "prod server" (this one). Every few days I copy the dev server's style set to the prod server and beautiful results ensue ;)

There are no hacks used here, everything is done from editing templates (yes, even feature additions are).
